Wellness FOR a Lifetime

“Optimum health is earned” Lynda Carpenter

The Wellness FOR a Lifetime Difference

These days health coaches are ubiquitous. What makes Lynda Carpenter and Wellness FOR a Lifetime different? Lots of things. There are lots of nutrition schools out there and even more schools of thought available. Lynda focused on nutrition in a Master’s Degree in alternative medicine. That means that Lynda has master’s level nutrition combined with the academically validated alternative approaches from which she draws upon. Her clients also benefit from her tremendous passion for continuing education and self-exploration. Lynda studies dietary philosophies, but she also studies mental, emotional and even spiritual components of health and illness. When there is recurrent illness, there is likely an emotional cause. Lynda’s unique approach to wellness sets her apart and gets results. Wellness FOR a Lifetime has integrated the efforts of numerous researched processes to develop a system for successfully addressing and reversing many chronic illnesses. Anyone who knows founder and director, Lynda Carpenter knows that she is passionate about health and natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals. She consistently takes classes to increase her knowledge and understanding of how to use nature’s bounty as medicine whether it be with food, herbs or essential oils. To that end, she is Board Certification by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is also certified by the coveted Essential Oil Institute. She believes that food is the most important medicine. With additional certifications as a Raw Food Educator®, Advanced Healing Foods® instructor, and a Master’s Degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Lynda, knows which foods, essential oils, herbs and supplements have the highest healing properties for specific illnesses.

Lynda Carpenter has also regained her own health…naturally.
Lynda Carpenter was diagnosed with stage 4, metastatic (supposedly terminal) cancer. It started in the breast. metastasized to the bone in three places – two in the spine – and then moved to the intestine. That is when her conventional oncologist signed papers saying that she was terminal. She never did conventional chemotherapy or radiation. She reversed her supposedly terminal cancer on her own. She understands the fear that goes along with being referred to a pain and palliative care specialist because she has been there. 2016 was the first PET/CT report that read “No foci of hyper metabolic activity are identified”. That is medical jargon for no evidence of disease. She has developed a step-by-step process for helping her clients do the same.
She established Wellness FOR a Lifetime to help others reverse cancer and other chronic disorders by establishing and maintaining optimal health. She uses functional blood chemistry analysis to guide nutrition, essential oil, microcurrent therapy, supplementation and herb recommendations.
Some people require more than foods – our philosophy is to measure the body’s response to supplementation rather than just take supplements. Many alternative health practitioners simply recommend supplements – lots of supplements. We recommend testing to guide supplementation and optimize the body’s natural immune response.

Unwrap the Ribbons

It’s time to unwrap the pink ribbons. We don’t need more cancer awareness, we need to know what to do when we get a diagnosis. What to do when we hear our name and cancer in the same sentence.

Lynda's 16 Week Cancer Class will be starting Soon.
